We’ve developed a range of resources to support breastfeeding in our community.
For breastfeeding families
Breastfeeding is a personal decision. To make the right feeding choices for you and your baby, it’s important to do your research. Lots of families told us it can be difficult to know where to find information. We’ve developed a range of resources to help you through your entire breastfeeding journey. If you’re ever in any discomfort or finding things particularly challenging, please speak to a trained healthcare professional. Your midwife, health visitor, or a nutrition peer support worker can help.
For supporters
If you’re not a breastfeeding parent, you may be looking for more information to help you support a breastfeeding family member, friend, or employee. We’ve got you covered.
For the whole community
Breastfeeding benefits everyone. If you’re interested in helping us achieve our goal to make Nottingham a breastfeeding-friendly city to live, work and study – we’ve got resources for you too!
All of our resources are free to download. You may use them to support breastfeeding in your family or community, in any way that works for you.
